Semalam bawa Anas Gibraan jupe Dr kat Klinik Rakyat Dungun coz tetiba je masalah rash kat telinga dia. Dr Zaizul cek dia habaq alahan maybe symptom resdung. Cian kat Anas baru 5 tahun da ada resdung. Nak buat cam ne dah keturunan agaknyer...  punye ler banyak Dr beri ubat.Isk...isk... bersilat la mama dia nak suh makan ubat nanti.

Semalam tetiba jer teringat nak tanya kat Dr tentang ubat tahan period.  Bukan apa InsyaAllah kalau Allah permudahkan kami merancang untuk menunaikan Umrah cuti sekolah nanti. Maklumlah first time memang excited  sesangat. Dalam pada excited ni risau juga kalau-kalau tak dapat melaksanakan ibadah dengan sempurna dek halangan period. Tu yang yang semalam bukan main lagi bersoal jawab ngan Dr Zaizul. Akhirnya beli gak la ubat ni.  Dr kata ubat ni perlu dimakan beberapa bulan sebelumnya untuk menyesuaikan dengan hormon badan kita. sunolut (generic brand name. ader byk brand lain. tp rasanye nie plg glamer). nama sbnr = Norethisterone . dia termasuk dalam kumpulan ubat progestron. kalau tgk picture nie ader tulis sunward kan, itu manufacturer dia.

Gunanya  utk treat abnormal heavy bleeding,period ting tong, nk posponkan period, painful period + PMS simptom. selalu aku baca orang makan pil nie sb period xdtg2. 3-4 bln xdtg period. nk pegi travelling. nk g hajj. mesti doktor kasik ubat ni.

Cara berfungsi : modify effect of estrogen. Senang paham, aku copy jer..

kesan sampingan : bloating, berat badan naik (ni yang tak mau ni!) pening kepala seperti ada di atas kayangan, depression (mudah2an tidak), muntah2, skin rash, badan panas.

aku dapat stok 2minggu ubat nie. sehari 4 biji. 2 siang. 2 malam. 1 pil = 5mg. kene amik lepas makan. kalau bole amik pada masa yg sama tiap2 hari. selalunye 2-3 hari lepas stop makan pil nie, period akan dtg (dr kata la)
